I felt the hotel so close to the grotto and church
Rooms were very good beds comfortable
The breakfast spread was good but the same was repeated

Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich flexibel und kundenorientiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel professionell geführt. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden.

Very good , no complaints with hotel .
Unfortunately you can't do anything with the weather .

the location was perfect, just steps to the sanctuary. my only complaint was the bedding. the sheets were so uncomfortable and rough, a blanket was not provided, only a comforter to use. the price of the hotel was excellent. I paid extra for breakfast. it was excellent.

The hotel is very close to the grotto. The staff are very friendly. The linen on the bed wasn’t that great but everything else was excellent.

Great hotel! My room would have been perfect if the shower had been better. It was set extremely high and was not adjustable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it is in the perfect location for the domain in Lourdes.
