Hôtel Roissy

Auf den Bildern entsteht ein falscher Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind alt und renovierungsbedürftig.

Très satisfaits de notre second séjour. Le personnel très accueillant et très gentil. Petit bémol concernant le pdj. Le premier jour nous sommes arrivés à 8h30 la salle était remplie. Une queue interminable pour se servir et à 9h et ne restait plus grand chose.et on commençait à ranger.

Venons chez vous depuis longtemps et trouvons toujours de l’amélioration

Cela fait maintenant notre 3ème Pèlerinage des Gardians que notre groupe venons dans votre Hôtel Le Roissy. Nous sommes très enchantés de votre accueil ainsi que du personnel du bar ou de la salle de restaurant. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la literie très confortables . Bonne continuation et nous vous disons à dans 2 ans

Un excellent accueil de la part du personnel de la réception . Madame Charnay a toujours été à l'écoute et efficace lors de la préparation de notre séjour (groupe Atousud). Nous la remercions sincèrement de ses compétences et de sa patience. Bien sûr nous apprécions la proximité du sanctuaire, mais également la convivialité et le sérieux de votre établissement. La propreté de l'hôtel est également reconnue par tous.

Vraiment rien à redire sur cet hôtel, très bien situé près du sanctuaire et du centre ville à 10 mns à pieds !

All staff were friendly and very helpful even though it seemed like the hotel was short staffed. I certainly wouldn’t rate it as 4 star, 3 star at best. The bathroom and toilet smelt very badly of mould, the bathroom window did not open which didn’t help to eliminate the smell, we had to leave the window open when we went out in the morning to get rid of the smell for when we returned, then we kept both doors shut whilst we were in the room. Lots of hangers and wardrobe space, beds were comfy. The air con didn’t seem to work but additional bedding if required.
No kettle was supplied, we had to ask the bar for one and only paper cups in the room, we had to ask again for porcelain cups.
Breakfast was a mad scramble by everyone to get food and drinks, it was pretty manic, most days we had to wait around for clean cutlery, yummy scrambled egg. Good choice of gluten-free food.
Evening meal was a set menu, no choice, food was edible but not great.
We had two jugs of water on our table the first evening, the next morning it looked like the same jugs, so I marked them with a little butter on the side and the same jugs were on our table for breakfast and evening meal all 3 days, with the same water as we didn’t drink any after seeing that they had never been washed or changed.
Fantastic location and use of wheelchairs if needed. Great little area for the kids with computer games and use of computers and table football.
Sorry to say we will not be returning, maybe standards and lack of staff was due to the hotel closing at the beginning of November until March.
