Overall, just a couple of comments. While I enjoyed my stay and the room was a lovely size, I needed to ask for sheets as I was uncomfortable with the bubbly texture of the quilt, this is me I know but I just wanted to say the ladies I spoke to were wonderful responding to me. The second mention is that I did try to have dinner in the dining room. Did I need to book in with reception? I went to the dining room and waited for someone to help me. However, staff ignored me while they went about serving the groups who knew where to be. I gave up and went out to get something to eat. Overall I enjoyed my stay, would recommend your hotel to others.
