The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We asked several questions about places to eat, how to get the metro, to the airport, etc.

So lovely! The hotel is beautifully furnished, the room was ever so slightly cramped and there was no where to put our clothes but aside from that - no complaints! Loved my stay with Hotel Rose Bourbon

Room and Decor ok in bedroom, bathroom better, however, whole stay was tainted by room not being cleaned or made up at all during the entire stay. This hotel should be far above the standard of a hostel which I could have booked instead for the same level of cleaning provided.

Thank you for sharing your experience in our hotel.

However, we are truly disappointed that you did not like the service and cleanliness as this is something we are careful about!

We are not a hostel and every room everyday, starting from the departures and then the stay overs as soon as we can. Our colleagues from the cleaning team have told us you wanted only towels when they knock on your door. They specifically asked if you wanted the cleaning service and you declined .Then they informed the front desk team that you did not want any cleaning service.

If there is any misunderstanding, we do apologize for this but as I say, this is what we were informed of on Sunday 22nd when we wanted to clean the room.

We would be glad to welcome you once again and show you this was just a misunderstanding and we have a great cleaning service!
