Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, da alle sehr herzlich waren und jeder Wunsch/Anliegen sofort erfüllt wurde. Gesamte Personal ist unschlagbar, noch nie so erlebt. Da stört auch der Lärm von der Autobahn nicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen Nein

It served the purpose of a place to stay while waiting for our flights but I would not stay here otherwise. Could not watch any TV as the language on the TV would not change. Very little in the area that is within walking distance. Can either eat in the expensive hotel restaurant, walk 10 minutes to McDonalds, or take a taxi into town.

Amazing place to stay in the Ramstein area. A couple nice restaurants very close by with local / regional faire that made the experience memorable. Staff was always cheerful.

Wonderful! All the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean. The food was excellent! The grounds and gardens are gorgeous. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I get the chance!
