Excellent. I would suggest that when you send out the confirmation email, you let people know that if they arrive by train that they should go look for the shuttle and how to get there. The walk up that hill with luggage is brutal.

Entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen von einem 4 Sterne Plus Hotel.- Das Frühstück brauchte nicht reichhaltiger zu sein, doch die Brötchen wären aufgebacken o.k., sonst zu zäh.-Etwas mehr Empathie gegenüber dem einzelnen Gast könnte nicht schaden.

Sehr besonders schoene Eindruecke, der kleine Garten, z.B. leider zu viele Treppen stiegen..Im Restaurant ist es vielleicht nur am Wochenende ruhig, inter der Woche litten wir inter dem Krach der Seminargaeste.
Uns fehlten auch kurze Mitteilungen, wann die Burg besichtigt werden konnte (z.B. am Wochenende, das wussten wir aber nicht, und kamen am Samstag zu spaet an.
Alles sehr "kalt", das Personal das Essen nicht gut, keine Musik, keine Erklaerungen....neutral

Guter Eindruck, Service freundlich und bemüht.
Einziges No Go, Zimmer 237, WC-Bürste auf Höhe der Handtücher, sodass diese Kontakt mit der WC-Bürste bekommen, das hat uns geekelt. Tipp: Seitenwechsel von Bürste und Toilettenpapier.
