Ein schönes Haus neben der Burg !
Die Aussentreppe mit Koffern zu bewältigen, ist etwas problematisch.
Vielleicht gab es irgendwo einen Aufzug.
Ansonsten war alles zur Zufriedenheit !

Excellent. I would suggest that when you send out the confirmation email, you let people know that if they arrive by train that they should go look for the shuttle and how to get there. The walk up that hill with luggage is brutal.

Entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen von einem 4 Sterne Plus Hotel.- Das Frühstück brauchte nicht reichhaltiger zu sein, doch die Brötchen wären aufgebacken o.k., sonst zu zäh.-Etwas mehr Empathie gegenüber dem einzelnen Gast könnte nicht schaden.
