I've been this hotel several times. Everything was very good. And i was surprised to see new nice spa area. The only thing was strange for me, cause it was always included, the ski pass price. it was not include during my stay and it was surprised so every time i've been before it has been. in reception i was told that it is because of austrian vacation, but my dates were flexible and i'm from Russia, so for me it wasn't a problem to move my journey a bit later so it 25% much cheaper. Of course it was my problem that i didn't read with attention the proposal, but next time i think the staff of the hotel can pay attention to these changes
