vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen in unserer Einrichtung mit uns geteilt haben. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass einige Aspekte Ihres Aufenthalts nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben.

Wir nehmen das Feedback unserer Gäste sehr ernst und arbeiten ständig daran, unsere Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten in Bezug auf die Lärmbelästigung. Wir evaluieren derzeit Lösungen, um die Schalldämmung der Zimmer zu verbessern und einen ruhigeren Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
