positiv: alle Vorzüge eines familiengeführten Hotels mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre und sehr engagiertem und immer freundlichem Personal.
Negativ: die täglichen mehrfachen (externen) Wassergymnastikgruppen bei lauter Discomusik reduzieren Ruhe und Erholungswert und blockieren zudem ganz oder teilweise die Badebecken. Entspannt und uneingeschränkt z.B. in der Mittagszeit zu schwimmen, ist kaum mehr möglich.

Es ist wie Nach-Hause-kommen. Das Hotel Terme Orvieto ist eine Oase, in der wir uns willkommen fühlen und in der alles für uns getan wird, was in den Möglichkeiten des Hotels liegt. Es ist ein wunderbar persönlich geführtes Hotel.

Un séjour où tout est fait pour que l'on se repose en toute quiétude. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et pour l'accueil toujours aussi chaleureux de tout le personnel, sans oublier Gregorio. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir au mois de mai.

E' LA MIA META PREFERITA QUANDO CERCO QUIETE , RELAX, BENESSERE. ALLO STESSO TEMPO NON MANCANO PROPOSTE DA PARTE DELL'HOTEL MOLTO CARINE PER CHI VUOLE MOVIMENTARE LA PROPRIA VACANZA. IL RISTORANTE OFFRE SEMPRE UN MENU' SFIZIOSO PER NON PARLARE DELLA RICCHEZZA DEL BUFFET DALLA COLAZIONE ALLA CENA. LO DEFINIREI UN HOTEL COCCOLOSO :) IL PERSONALE SEMPRE GENTILE, SOLARE , DISPONIBILE ALLE RICHIESTE. OGNI VOLTA CHE CI TORNO E' UNA CONFERMA. Il soggiorno, seppur breve, è stato bellissimo

Das, was dieses Hotel ausmacht, ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Personal. Wir konnten sogar problemlos einen Zimmerwechsel vornehmen (wegen unseres alten Hundes), einfach super. Sicher ist das Hotel in die "Jahre" gekommen und es gibt wahrscheinlich modernere Hotels. Das Kriterium für uns ist, dass man sich einfach gut aufgehoben und wohl fühlt. Die gute Führung des Hotels macht sich auch dadurch bemerkbar, dass es kaum eine Fluktuation beim Personal gibt. Es sind alle noch da, wie man es gewohnt ist, freundlich, kompetent, einfach super.
