Very good - we loved it. It’s location is sublime and the landscaping down to the beach is clever, beautiful and very natural. There was nothing ugly to see or look at from the hotel. We were dissappointed one night having had dinner out to return and Johnny’s bed had not been prepared, which we would have expected. This was on day 3 or 4. That was the only negative thing. The restaurant staff were charming and knowledgeable. We liked Emily v much and a small dark smiley young woman who’s name we forget! She was at the Papillote and breakfast and dinner. We loved the pool as did our son. We will be back.

As per sum of the above, we loved the rooms and remote location and the feeling of true relaxation for our honeymoon. On the whole the staff were wonderful. The main downside was the reception we got for having made a comment on the experience at the restaurant. To make it worth the prices you are charging the service, consistency and overall experience should be improved.

We do try very hard to keep our prices competitive and apologise that we did not entirely meet your satisfaction in this regard. We also regret that our check-in hour was not convenient for you. We would like to clarify that we do provide a menu with a permanent selection of dishes, as well as a variety of speciality options that change every 3 days. Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear that, overall, your stay with us was enjoyable.

Mostly fantastic. It took a bit to get settled as the safe didn’t work & I wasn’t offered the English hotel guide until I asked for it. If I wasn’t comfortable asking for my needs I may not have enjoyed myself as much as I did. I would suggest posting menus near each restaurant as I felt like nuisance asking to see menus to decide if I wanted to reserve a table. Finally I just looked on line. Probably shouldn’t advertise you have wi-fi because it is highly undependable. If I was counting on it I may have been upset. I don’t like how your system assumes I’m eating breakfast buffet as I had insist on getting that off my bill, as I did not find that to be a value as I prefer a light breakfast so room service was a better vslur after I tried L’Ellera one day. Overall it feels like the employees are wonderful the restaurant is well run, the grounds are beautiful mostly but just a few quirks that maybe come from being remote or possibly your newish? The beach isn’t really a beach, but then again I’m from California so maybe I define beach different. Do you bring in what little sand there was there- what a challenge I’d imagine that to be! I’d come back but if I recommended it to others I’d caution them on expectations. If it’s quiet, remote, relaxing, good food, clean then yes - access, internet, beach not the right place. Oh and last, my air conditioner was not working great so technician wanted to come in once in the morning so I asked him to come back when I was gone in afternoon and when I asked about it I was told it depends on his schedule. I didn’t agree with that as I’m paying for the room so I asked he come back when I check out on my schedule and I was accommodated.

We are pleased that most aspects of your stay met your expectations, including the service provided by our friendly team and our stunning surrounds. However, we are sorry for the delayed follow up regarding the room directory. Indeed, our room directory is in French and an English version is put in room for the English customers. We would like to clarify that we do have a digital version of our restaurant menu for tablets and they are indeed arranged in the bar so that the customers can consult them at their convenience. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we do wish to note that we have improved it significantly this year; the network is via satellite, however we don't have ADSL, which is almost everywhere in Corsica. We regret that our beaches were not to your liking. Indeed, they are certainly not like those in California; here at the hotel, we still have natural beaches, considered to be some of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica. There are all varieties of beaches in Corsica and none of them are comparable with the other beaches in the world, because each has its own charm and specificity; there is always something for everyone. We regret any inconvenience with your air conditioning; as there was a delay with getting a tech from the company to our location to repair the climate controls, unfortunately, we were only able to provide you with an additional system. Many of our guests enjoy the peacefulness of our location; we regret it did not suit your requirements.

W stayed at two hotel on Corsica and have to say U Capu Biancu was our absolute favourite! We could not fault anything!
