Because 2 days the elevator had a problem and mostly didn’t work. We went to 3rd floor by stairs. The hotel has only one elevator

It was a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and decoration of the rooms and the lobby were outstanding. The only issue was the elevator that was not working during our check in and we had to carry together with the night receptionist our luggages. But it is not a big issue, staff was very dedicated

A fantastic experience. Room was clean and spacious. But the staff were amazing. So friendly and always available to help with absolutely anything. Both day and night staff. In particular, Carlos, Lamia and Jordan were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you guys so much for making our stay extra memorable and comfortable

Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service - from check-in to check-out it. I feel like the staff needs to be trained a bit more on going above for guest to really make the experience memorable. Personally, the cleaning staff was a lot more friendlier and helpful than the reception associates in my opinion. Additionally, my biggest issue was the fact that we had no wifi during my stay. I was in town for work at the Cannes Creativity Festival and I had no wifi. The staff also did not communicate that until I asked them. It just feels like they could do so much better to make people feel comfortable.

A lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are tiny (as are most in europe) but clean and comfortable. I would suggest removing carpet in the guest rooms, as it is tired and would feel cleaner with a wood or hard surface floor. Desk and breakfast team were very polite and helpful.

Amazing. We had problems with ants in the first Superior Room we got, but the staff quickly and happily changed our room to a one with a nice balcony.
