Generally excellent. Facility for TEA/COFFE in room would be a plus. We were given the facility...but a modern expresso machine would be expected (as standard) in a modern hotel .

Not great at all. Our air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all. The room has stains on the carpet and looks very dirty. The staff is unhelpful and rude.

We took your comment regarding our hotel into consideration and we are very surprised to read that you are unhappy with our brand new hotel.

Firstly, your comments are left to your own interpretation, nevertheless we are pleased to observe that in the vast majority of our customers' comments, the feedback with regard to the customer service is extremely positive. It is always disappointing for us to read this kind of review from someone who had complimentary birthday drinks and macarons. All our staff members have a common goal : your satisfaction and your welness !

Secondly, the air conditioning system does not appear to be working properly because at this period the temperature here in Cannes still cold that's why the system is on the heater mode ! Moreover, we are surprised by your negative comment with regard to the carpet. As you maybe realised our hotel has been totally renovated and all the carpet are new. Please be sure your remarks have been taken into consideration in order to avoid a similar issue but please note that, after checking your room with housekeeping department, we didn't find any stains on the carpet… Also, we regret that you didn't mentionned anything during your stay.

We had no record of such a comment since the opening, but as always I read every word of your review. I would be grateful if you could contact me directly at guest@hotels-groupeboucau.fr in order to discuss your bad experience and be more constructive by going more into details.

Un bon accueil à la réception, personnel souriant. Nous avons pu disposer du parking dès 13 h . Le fait qu’il y ait une vitre entre la salle de bain et la chambre donne de la clarté . Bonne idée. Produits frais et de qualité au petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix grâce à une offre Very Chic.
