Disapointing. TV did not work in room, no kettle or tea making options in room. Breakfast very disappointing. Room was clean and front desk staff very helpful.

Very good location and service, only thing that the room quite small, but it nothing to do. But in other the hotel is very good for 4*.

The staff were super lovely, really welcoming on arrival and always smiling when you entered or left the hotel. Location was good, slightly off the main road so super quiet (big plus!) but easy to get to where you needed to be in Cannes. The main areas for improvement would be the F&B offerings - the breakfast is very limited and it was a shame that there were no proper dining options in the evening. After a long day travelling, I would have really liked to just have a simple dinner in the bar but it was closed and there were no food options anyway. Given that there were limited food options, it would have been helpful to have some local recommendations more readily available.

It was okay, there was a cigarette package on the window left from the previous customer and they (housekeeping) have never cleaned

Unhelpful staff, no running water and when asked reception to fix ‘nothing is perfect’ was the answer. This is unacceptable when we booked 2 rooms and no help from the man on reception.
