Sarebbe buona norma ed educazione e rispondere in francese, quando un ospite fa lo ‘sforzo’ di parlare proprio nella lingua del posto.
Il ragazzino giovane dovrebbe imparare un po’ di buone maniere.
Anche un sorriso sarebbe gradito.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. However when you pay as much as you do for a room and for the whole stay, for us more than 10 000 Euro.... breakfast should have been included it is not a big cost.... and also just complimentary coffee... instead of making it feel like "ok this time it is OK you get a cup of Coffe" as it was one morning for our colleague.

Really bad experience. Zero hospitality. All you care is to take the money. Lack of English speakers lead to misunderstandings. Extremely poor drinks on bar, like cheap and bad drinks. The hotel manager absolutely cocky, arogant, aggressive, pushy and without any reason at all. Verlaine hotel was the worse experience I ever had in my life in any country.

Hotel molto curato e in ottima posizione. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttra. Camera ampia, letti molto comodi
