Desde los que limpian habitaciones hasta el personal del desayuno.En recepción superama les y preocupados por satisfacer nuestras peticiones Necesitaba un calentador en la habitación y enseguida lo trajeron

Bell’hotel con personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Ottimo il servizio di parcheggio e la posizione centrale.
Ben organizzata la colazione, varia e di qualità.
È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in hotel e se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo.

Wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in der schönen Stadt Nürnberg zu etwas ganz Besonderem zu machen!
Unser Haus wurde bereits im Jahr 1896 gebaut und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Wir versuchen bei allen Umbau- und Renovierungsarbeiten das Bestmögliche aus den baulichen Gegebenheiten zu machen. Aufgrund des Denkmalschutzes fallen bei uns manche Zimmer etwas kleiner aus als andere. Gerne können Sie jedoch bei Ihrer nächsten Reservierung den Wunsch nach einem geräumigeren Zimmer äußern und wir werden unser Möglichstes tun, Ihnen diesen zu erfüllen.
Selbstverständlich sind wir gerne auch bei Ihrer nächsten Reise in die schöne Stadt Nürnberg wieder Ihre Gastgeber!

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Einzelzimmer Blickwinkel reicht für kurzen Aufenthalt völlig aus. Sehr wohlgefühlt, eine ruhige Atmosphäre - offenbar viel Vorsorge auch für das Personal.

I had stayed in the hotel many years ago with my mother. The staff are great and very helpful. An instance would be the clear directions to the 2 cinemas which showed movies in OV (English).

We are however very sorry to hear that, on this trip, you were not able to try our newly created breakfast buffet! Every day our breakfast team is eager to provide the best possible breakfast experience! And what could be better than kicking off the day with lots of tasty and nutritious ideas, along with all the usual options, like our mini-salads in little jars, our homemade cake and our vegan spreads... Next time we hope you will be able to fully enjoy our breakfast experience!
