es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, besonders aber, dass es keine Teppichböden im Zimmer gab und eine Dusche !!!

Es freut uns, dass Sie mit Ihrem Zimmer zufrieden waren. Regelmäßig versuchen wir durch Renovierungen und Ausbauten für ein Rundum-Wohlgefühl bei unseren Gästen zu sorgen.
Klasse auch, dass Sie von der Lage unseres Hauses profitieren konnten. Das Victoria ist ein Stück Nürnberger Stadtgeschichte. Unser Haus ist ein geschütztes Denkmal in - wie Sie bereits angemerkt haben - fantastischer Lage am Königstor, einem der Haupttore zur historischen Altstadt.
Bei uns dreht sich schließlich alles um das Wohlbefinden und den Komfort unserer Gäste. Für uns stehen Ihre individuellen Wünsche und Vorstellungen im Mittelpunkt! Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie das genau so empfunden haben!

very good, shame about the a/c but that was our fault not to book a specific room.

Our hotel is a listed building from 1896 so we are subject to many regulations concerning remodeling measures, but we are also constantly investing in renovation. We have already installed air-conditioning in many rooms and will continue with all remaining areas in the near future. We thank you very much for your understanding and we would be delighted to assist you in this matter in occasion of your next reservation.

Top Personal Zimmer ohne Klima im Sommer grenzwärtig und Bad etwas klein

Wir möchten uns für Ihre herzlichen Worte bezüglich unserer Mitarbeiter bedanken. Wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in der schönen Stadt Nürnberg zu etwas Besonderem zu machen. Ihr Lob zeigt uns, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind! Dass Sie mit Ihrem Zimmer nicht hundertprozentig zufrieden waren, bedauern wir sehr. Bisher sind leider noch nicht alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Wir sind ständig bemüht, unser Haus zu modernisieren und haben inzwischen in allen Zimmern ab der zweiten Etage Klimaanlagen eingebaut - zusätzlich stehen in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren bereit. Sollten Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder bei uns im VICTORIA übernachten, fragen Sie bitte nach einem Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Very nice hotel in the city center. Friendly, good breakfast and we had a nice room with a comfortable bed. Good service as well, e.g. we could leave our car for some days in the hotel garage.

We are particularly happy to read that you were satisfied with your room arrangement. The Hotel VICTORIA was built in 1896 and is therefore a listed historical building. We try to make the best possible use of the original structural and character and at the same time we constantly improve the comfort of our guests through renovations and upgrades.

Wir legen sehr großen Wert darauf, den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste in der schönen Stadt Nürnberg zu etwas ganz Besonderem zu machen! Unsere Gäste liegen uns wirklich sehr am Herzen und wir sind mit größter Motivation dabei ganz individuell für jeden Gast da zu sein.
Neue, leckere und gesunde Kreationen auf dem Frühstücksbuffet anzubieten, bereitet unserem Team im Frühstücksbereich immer wieder viel Freude. Wir achten bewusst auf die Herkunft unserer Produkte und versuchen, wann immer es sinnvoll ist, regionale und ökologisch sinnvolle Lebensmittel zu verwenden. Es freut uns zu hören, dass wir Ihnen bei einem guten Start in den Tag behilflich sein konnten. Ihr Lob zeigt uns, dass sich unsere Bemühungen lohnen!
Auch möchten wir uns für Ihr tolles Feedback zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit bedanken! The hotel has a great location, well appointed rooms, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was amazing! We were all very happy at your hotel and I made sure to put a great review on Trip Advisor too!
