We thank you for taking the time to write us a review about your stay at the Victoria.
Of course we are not happy about the fact that you were not satisfied at all with your stay at the Victoria.
As you mentioned the room next door was closed and was not available for breakfast because a conference took place in it. For our staff it would be more confortable too, if they would had this room available as an additional space for breakfast. So we feel really sorry, that you had to wait long for an available table and that you get in trouble. We make every effort so that each of our guests feel happy and comfortable.
Perhaps you give us a second chance once you return to Nuremberg.
