Sehr gutes Hotel, alles etwas beengt. Der Eindruck liegt vielleicht auch darin begründet, da wir vorher einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in ein 40m² Zimmer verbracht hatten.

Toller Empfang an der Rezeption, Tipps ohne Aufforderung, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein tolles Aushängeschild für Ihr Hotel. Der Barbereich könnte größer sein, bei vielen Gästen ist es zu laut, um etwas zu lesen und in Ruhe einen Abend zu verbringen, Bauarbeiten wurden nicht wahrgenommen, die Azubis sind absolut motiviert auch wenn es teilweise noch an den Sprachkenntnissen fehlt, schön, dass Sie den jungen Menschen aus Spanien u.a. eine Chance zur Ausbildung geben, tolles Frühstück, schöne Zeitungsauswahl

Your front desk people anticipated our needs and made sincere effort to make us welcome and comfortable even to greeting our car in the street and insisting upon carrying our bags. The cleaning and wait staff had the same attitude and cheerful demeanor. Your people created an excellent experience. Well done.

Everyone and everything was wonderful
We especially liked the personal help with restaurant recommendations, phoning Viking, and arranging a taxi. We regret spending just one night with you! We will recommend you to other friends.
