It was an amazing experience. Despite of the fact that the elevator was not working, the hotel did everything to compensate this problem, especially carying our luggage to the room. The staff was very nice, explaining us everything we needed about things to do and see and also about restaurants. The breakfast was amazing. We loved our stay at this hotel and will recommend to friends.
