Sehr nettes Team. Tolle Lage des Hotels. Saubere und große Zimmer (KreativSchub). Lediglich die fehlende Klimaanlage führte zu einem Stern Abzug.

A great experience! Loved the complimentary glass of sparkling, each staff member seemed to enjoy their work and seemed like they were committed to your mission of customer service. I'll be writing a very positive review when I return home

Great location service and breakfast BUT the room did not match the experience. One room had a shower that did not seem to open fully? One room did not have carpet . The information about air conditioning should be sent to guests before arrival not after! Not being able to open windows or cool the room was awful.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gute Lage, aber dadurch auch Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht, sehr bemühtes Personal, sehr gutes Service.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, insbesondere mit dem Service, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr laut und es war viel zu warm. Die Kältemaschine hat nichts gebracht und hat die ganze Nacht gedröhnt. Sonst alles prima.
