Not good. This was our fourth Hotel on our trip and we carried on to Munich for one more. Hotel Victoria was the worst of our entire trip. Beds far too low and no atmosphere in the Hotel. Lounge room not good and Service bad. We will not be recommending this Hotel to friends.
Of course we are not happy about the fact that you were not satisfied with your stay at the Victoria.
We feel really sorry that our beds were not comfortable for you.
During our guests stay we always try to give them a special moment ... unfortunately we could not spoil you while you were our guest.
If there is an especially cause you would like to complain please let us know! Only with the feedback of our guests we are able to improve our services!
Perhaps you give us a second chance once you return to Nuremberg.
