I was satisfied.

Thank you for having taken the time writing about your experiences in our hotel.
Great that our breakfast buffet was a pleasure for you and that you took advantage of the convenient location! Our breakfast team has always new ideas to make the stay of our guests more comfortable.

Thank you also for your remark regarding the price. Nuremberg has one of the largest exhibiton centers in Germany with many fairs.
We work with a dynamic price system; therefore rates are always depending on the availability and on special events or fairs.
Certainly the price during an exhibition is higher but we try to give you an appropriate value for the money you pay. We constantly invest in the building and keep on renovating and refurbishing to be able to offer you a comfortable surrounding during work days abroad.

Once you return back to Nuremberg it would be a pleasure for us to welcoming you again an the hotel Victoria.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben um Ihre Erfahrungen in unserem Hotel zu bewerten. Schön, dass Ihnen die ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung unserer Mitarbeiter sowie die Sauberkeit unseres Hauses aufgefallen sind. Natürlich ist uns bewusst, dass es in den Nächten gelegentlich etwas lauter werden kann. Leider können wir dies nicht beeinflussen ... allerdings vorsorgen! Daher sind alle Zimmer mit Schallschutzfenstern der höchsten Stufe ausgestattet und an der Rezeption halten wir selbstverständlich Ohropax für unsere Gäste bereit. Gerne können Sie auch bei einer erneuten Reservierung den Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer, in Richtung des schönen Klarissenplatzes, äußern.

Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf unser Frühstücksbuffet und bieten unseren Gästen frische, regionale und nach Möglichkeit biologische Ware an, darunter auch ein Dinkel-Vollkorn-Brot. Wir sind momentan dabei unsere Beschilderung am Buffet zu überarbeiten und klarer zu definieren, damit unsere Gäste gleich das Gewünschte finden. Natürlich steht unser FrühstücksTeam auch jederzeit für Fragen für Sie bereit!

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie erst bei Ihrem Check-Out von unserer großen Kissenauswahl erfahren haben. Auf Ihrem Zimmer, gleich in der Nähe des Bettes, befindet sich unser "Kissenmenü" mit einer Auflistung all unserer Kissen ... damit einer erholsamen Nachtruhe nichts mehr im Wege steht!

Sollten Sie wieder einmal nach Nürnberg reisen, wäre es uns eine Freude, Sie erneut in unserem Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen und Sie restlos von uns zu begeistern!

Very good position and service.
Very expensive as well.

Unfortunately you were not satisfied with your room and the price-performance ratio. We work with a dynamic price system.
Depending on availability and special events or fairs in Nuremberg; the rates differ and may also rise.

Sehr freundliches Personal rundherum. Zentralste Lage, daher muss man des Nachts mit Lärm von der Straße rechnen.

Durch unsere perfekte Lage, inmitten der Nürnberger Altstadt, kann es leider in den Nächten etwas lauter werden. Dies können wir nicht beeinflussen. Wir haben jedoch mit Schallschutzfenstern der höchsten Stufe in allen Zimmern vorgesorgt und an der Rezeption halten wir zu jeder Zeit Ohropax für unsere Gäste bereit um Ihnen eine entspannte Nachtruhe zu ermöglichen.

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihnen Ihr Zimmer nicht zugesagt hat. Gerne können Sie bei einer erneuten Reservierung Wünsche nach einer anderen Zimmerkategorie oder Lage des Zimmers äußern und wir werden unser Möglichstes tun um dies umzusetzten!
