Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir hatten eine Tagung im Meridien Hotel und haben daher nicht soviel Zeit bei Ihnen verbracht, kommen aber gerne wieder.

terrible wifi.
I had to prepare for a keynote speech for 100 people and I could not work at all. I asked the reception and their answer was that the hotel is full sorry.
I am afraid thats an unacceptable answer.

We can only apologize for the circumstances and understand that it was very annoying for you to be not able to work. The hotel is located in a monumented building which brought some challenges when installing a WiFi network some years ago. We are happy that in 99% of the time, we do not have connection or performance issues. Unfortunately you were affected during your stay. Please be sure that we take every feedback very seriously - we already talked to our informational support to make sure that every guest can work in every case. Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen zu 100% erfüllt. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt bin ich vorbei gelaufen und habe es mir dann im Internet angesehen.
