We were given a room overlooking the outdoor seating area and water fountain in back of the hotel. Because the room was warm, the windows were open to let in cool air. The fountain and children running through it stopped at around 10:00 p.m. and by 10:15 p.m. a group of people had gathered at the outdoor seating area to have a party. It was all quite noisy, therefore, we had no choice but to close the windows. The room was very warm the entire night, and we didn't sleep well.
we thank you very much for the time you took to send us your review. We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay entirely due to noise reasons. The fountain behind the hotel is a seasonal installation which leads to a high frequency on the square. Unfortunately we cannot influence the public who meets there.
