We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great!

Uns wurde bei Ankunft ein Zimmer mit Balkon angeboten. Das haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Ein feiner Zug vom Hotel.

Wir schätzen es sehr, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, um Ihre Erfahrungen in unserem Hotel zu bewerten! Es freut uns zu hören, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben und wir durch unseren individuellen Service überzeugen konnten!

Da wir direkt in der Altstadt liegen, ist es leider nicht möglich die Parksituation anders zu lösen. Wir schätzen uns jedoch sehr glücklich zu einigen der wenigen Hotels inmitten der Stadtmauer zu gehören, welche Tiefgaragenstellplätze besitzen und diese an Ihre Gäste weitervermieten können.

Gerne werden wir, bei einer erneuten Reservierung berücksichtigen, dass Sie ein geräumigeres Zimmer bevorzugen.

Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt in Nürnberg wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Wir waren mit 12 Personen (Betriebsausflug) in Ihrem Haus und kamen mit einem Bus (18 Plätze). Leider war kein Busparkplatz in der Nähe und der Busfahrer musste ziemlich weit entfernt parken (ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß).
Ein geeigneter Platz in der Nähe wäre von Vorteil.
Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gut bei Ihnen gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Haus waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
