The main reasons we stayed at the Victoria were friendly staff, location, and value. Other than one unfriendly encounter our first morning when we ordered coffee to be delivered to the room, the reception staff fixed this and made us feel very much at home. Particularly, i'd like to highlight Sarah who is one of the friendliest and most professional hotel staff I have met and I am in hotels around the world on average 2 weeks a month!
The main improvement I can suggest for the Victoria is the air conditioning and night light blockage in the room. The combination of no air conditioning with the inability to open windows due to street noise meant we had to sleep sweating at night. In addition, the curtains do not block street light which made it even harder to sleep.

Очень плохой wi-fi в номере. Неудобно получать новый код каждый день. Ходить и просить ванные пренадлежности очень неудобно, все должно быть в номере. В номере нет кофе, только чай. В остальном все очень хорошо. Завтрак просто великолепный. Спасибо.
