Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat, bedauern jedoch sehr, dass es Ihnen zu warm war. Leider ist es in unserem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude nicht möglich durch adäquate Maßnahmen in allen Zimmern eine Klimaanlage zu installieren. Wir stellen deshalb Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Overall I like your hotel, which is why I will stay there again. I will be coming back to Nuremberg 2 wks a month for the next 5-6 months. One of the major reasons I will come back to your hotel is your staff. When I enter your hotel they greet me by name and are very helpful. I have stayed at hotels all over the world... and your staff is on the top of the list. Frankly, it is the quality of your personnel that will keep people coming back. The same is true for your staff in the breakfast area.... they are helpful, courteous and friendly. I will recommend your hotel to others.
