Great stay! Everything from service to the room was perfect. Having the parking garage available made the hotel an easy choice for us. Would definitely stay again & will recommend to others!

we had a super experience at your hotel. next time we may book a larger room, but it was absolutely lovely. the bathroom was really tight, though.

A most enjoyable stay in a hotel that was most pleasant to stay in and was perfectly located. It allowed us to catch a train from the airport and walk across the road to the hotel. We were also able to visit so many wonderful tourist attractions within the walled city. The reception staff were outstanding especially given that we could not speak German. Unfortunately we find a lot of people are not too friendly when they find out we cannot speak German but this was not the case with the staff here. They were extremely polite, friendly, helpful and sociable.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Allerdings war das Zimmer nachts noch recht warm - ein Ventilator wäre schön.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. All unsere Zimmer sind mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Leider war der in Ihrem Zimmer während Ihres Aufenthaltes defekt und wurde diese Woche erst ersetzt. Selbstverständlich hätten wir aber ein Gerät aus einem unbelegten Zimmer verwenden können, hätten wir von Ihrem Wunsch vor Ort erfahren. Es tut uns leid, dass dadurch Ihre Nachtruhe gestört wurde. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast is good. only disadventage is the lack of aircondtion. The room is hot during summer.

Bei unserem nächsten Nürnbergaufenthalt, der nicht zuletzt wegen Ihrem klasse Generalmusikdirektor Marcus Bosch nun häufiger sein wird, sicher wieder in Ihrem Haus nächtigen. Preis/ Leistung/ sauber- und Freindlichkeit sind vorbildlich.
