This was the second stay at Hotel Victoria but this time in the Summer. Due to extreme heat our room was most uncomfortable and will not chose your hotel again unless you can provide some sort of air conditioning. The fan you provided is not enough. Under those circumstances we should have received a discounted room rate and would appreciate you doing this now. I love your hotel otherwise.
