If we come back to Nurenburg we woul stay at the Victoria Hotel again. It is close to the Old Town and lots of restaurants. The staff were excellent - very helpful and did their job with a smile.

We were happy with our bed. It was the best we have had so far this holiday. Room was a bit warm but we understand that aIrconditioning is probably not possible in an older building. Hotel was a great location for train travellers. Tea and coffee facilities, with a fridge in the room would be nice.

Ci dispiace che il materasso sia risultato troppo morbido per Lei! La preghiamo di considerare che i materassi sono stati tutti acquistati di recente e che per noi la qualità va sempre al primo posto. Tuttavia, proprio grazie a reclamazioni come la Sua, abbiamo fatto inspezionare i materassi dalla ditta che ce li ha forniti e, poichè è stato constatato un errore di produzione, tali materassi verranno sostituiti al più presto.

Saremmo quindi davvero felici di poter ospitarLa nuovamente e in quell'occasione potrà soggiornare e riposare su dei materassi perfetti!

the staff were all courteous, efficient and very helpful. we had a great experience. (only one quibble, would have liked wash clothes in the room).
