staff cordiale e preparato. Location eccellente. Migliorare la prima colazione e trovare uno spazio alternativo per gli ospiti che vogliano sedersi in albergo a legere un libro o conversare. La hall non può ritenersi uno spazio sufficiente.

We had a delightful three night stay at Hotel Victoria in Nurnburg. It was in a perfect location and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. It was important for us to have parking as we did not want to navigate the city with our car, so that was a plus.

Zimmer sind für meinen Geschmack etwas zu klein. Kann man aber aufgrund der baulichen Vorgaben nicht zum Vorwurf machen.
Das Frühstück fand ich im Vergleich zu anderen, z.T. günstigeren Hotels, eher durchschnittlich. Daher habe ich beim Preis nur ein befriedigend gegeben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist allerdings kaum zu übertreffen.

Only one word is adequate: disappointing!

Thank you for rating our hotel. We regret that your stay was not as good as you expected! The business double room with an additional bed you booked unfortunately is not as big as the family rooms or one of our two junior-suites. Please consider that we haven’t promised anything we didn’t keep. In our more than a 100 years old, heritage-protected building we cannot offer air-conditioning, what we truly regret.

And of course our perfect location has two aspects, first our guests are right in the middle of the historic centre of Nuremberg and has all tourist advantages. And second sometimes we suffer from the vitality of our neighbourhood for which we feel very sorry.

In your booked room there is a free Lan connection to the internet.

We apologize really that we did not offer you a room on a higher floor as you requested in one of the messages you wrote. To guarantee that we fulfil most of the wishes of our guests we work uninterrupted at the communication between our colleagues.

Finally thank you that you are complimenting our rich breakfast and the nice staff. Friendliness and competence are important for us to guarantee the typical “Hotel Victoria”-service. Nevertheless we would be glad to welcome you again in Nuremberg maybe next time in one of our beautiful, bigger “LogenPlatz”- rooms with a generous bathroom.

We would be happy to discuss the things you mentioned again with you to find maybe a better solution as to write a negative comment on our web page.
