We were completely satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and despite being in the historical section, it was easy to access and park in the garage nearby. Restaurants in the area were convenient. The city is pedestrian friendly so it was a pleasure to walk down its streets to view the sites and sights. The room was large, the desk and chairs comfortable and so was the bed. Shower was easy to use. Breakfast had great choices and was excellent.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the room size and internet speed did not meet your expectations.
Our building, constructed in 1896, is listed as a historic property, which limits our ability to alter the room sizes significantly. However, we strive to make the best of the architectural constraints during renovations and improvements.
We also understand the importance of a fast and reliable internet connection and are currently working on a solution to enhance your experience.
We appreciate your suggestions and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more comfortable stay.
Thank you again for your understanding and feedback!
Kindest regards
