Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The public transport to Neuschwanstein was full, so the owner of the hotel kindly offered to take us in his car. It had snowed heavily during the night, and he struggled to get his car out of the garage, braving the snow to take us to the ticket office. He refused payment for his trouble.
