Great location and quirky 'shabby chic' Gallery House to stay in. Breakfast is good! A few recommendations and suggestions: We would have liked a daily supply of coffee and also wish we had been told the wifi code was for just 24 hours. It ran out later at night on our first day and so we could not use the internet. Would be good for Reception to tell guests it lasts 24 hours, or provide a code for each day on arrival so you have it all in one go for your complete stay. We could not call Reception to update the code - phone in the room did not work (we were already in night clothes so did not wish to venture out). Television channels are listed wrongly - the list said there was BBC, but there was none. The 'Where To Go' leaflet listing restaurants needs updating - we could not find 'Eataliano' and think it has closed down. Other recommendations were helpful and we mostly ate in the neighbourhood at night. Those niggles aside, had a good stay, thank you.

Ein Hotel mit Flair in perfekt zentraler Lage in Hamburg. Eben kein "Standard-Hotel".
Außerdem ein traumhaft schöner Garten im Hinterhof, den man insbesondere im Sommer beim Frühstück und zum abendlichen Ausklang bei einem Glas Wein sehr genießen kann.
