When I returned to the hotel and turned on the light in my room, I saw a flying hornet. It can be deadly dangerous for me to bite such an insect. I couldn't catch or kill him. I wanted to change the room, but the reception was closed from 10pm to 6.30am. I stayed awake all night, and the next day I had to drive more than 900 kilometres.

When the next day I informed the reception desk about this situation, I heard that hornets are not dangerous (!), that it is absolutely normal in Germany (!) and that in such situation I should call the number given on the hotel's business card. However, there was no such information on the guest information in the room.

I consider this to be a scandal.

Wir übernachteten schon mehrere Male im Hotel Weitblick, sind immer zufrieden. Was wir diesmal etwas beanstanden : das Bad war zu klein im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Aufhenthalten. Im Bad fehlte es an Möglichkeit, die nassen Badetücher aufzuhängen, so haben wir diese über der Toilette am Heizkörper befestigt und an der Garderobestange im Flur. Wir frühstücken nicht im Hotel deshalb, weil wir immer unsere Mutter besuchen und frühstücken mit ihr gemeinsam.
