This was my next stay at your hotel, and overall, I am satisfied. I always choose rooms with breakfast and a sea view, and this time was no different. During this stay, I had a room on the 6th floor, which did have a sea view, but you had to lean out a bit to see it. Additionally, the room was decorated differently, without a carpet, which gave it a "cold," almost "hospital-like" feel and was a bit smaller. Personally, if I return to WEST END, I will book a different type of room, definitely not on the 6th floor.

In summary, the hotel has a great location in the heart of Nice, and the service, breakfast, and restaurant are always great experiences for me.

Seems to be a shortage staff and come across to be tourists fatigued. As far as concierge services they are inexperienced and not of very much help. The hotel does not have a “soul “ Overpriced with many other options in area. Will not stay there again.

Overall, I would choose a more upgraded hotel but enjoyed the balcony, location, breakfast and beach access

I like the location, the hotel stuff was really very friendly. I had a problem with the quality of the room - it is not on the expected level.

Not exactly a 4-star hotel, but great location and mostly friendly staff.

View was perfect, but the hotel a bit old. At room it was too cold.
