In generally all is good but a reception took a money as deposit for minibar and don't return it till now.

The reception did return the money blocked as a deposit on your departure.
If you did not get it back, please contact your bank which might apply its own delay to release it.

Great customer service, in need of a better keycard system, more food options can be offered like simple snack foods for those who missed lunch and cant wait for 7pm dinner.

We had an amazing time! From the e-mail contact beforehand, to the car waiting at the airport, the greeting was lovely. The room was nice and spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small. Having a kettle and balcony, [even if small], and a beautiful view were huge bonuses. The restaurant was outstanding, with a very good selection of food, beautifully presented, with excellent service. We were a bit annoyed though, to find we weren't offered the discount for residents, that we thought the hotel gave, as we didn't know we should have asked for a voucher, having had similar options in other hotels, in the past, where they just deduct the amount off your final bill. We definitely intend returning. THANK YOU to all the staff.

Had first made a reservation for 3 days and later for 1 more day. Had to change room. Missed flexibility.

Excellent stay but breakfast not value for money
