５階のお部屋はリノベーションされていたようで、とても心地がよかったのに、水漏れで移動しなければならなくなり、残念でした。

The hotel was a complete let down . If thats what is classed as 4 star in France I am shocked at the level of starring . This wouldn't even be a 3 star hotel In the uk it would be a 2 star . The staff where very helpful and from sitting and listening to the complaints they were dealing with daily I think the management should be looking at re-investing in the property .

Vi er godt fornøyd med oppholdet på Hotel West End. Siden det ikke er spørsmål om frokosten ovenfor, vil jeg påpeke at vi savnet en type grovere brød. Det var også et savn at det ikke var bacon hver dag. Enkelte dager var det få eller ingen tomater tilgjengelig. Vi savnet også flere grønnsaker, blant annet paprika.

Cold receptionist attitude.
Lack of positivism. They always refuse first. Lack of flexibility at managerial level.
My wife had a birthday and I asked for fruit and flowers in the room. Of course I wanted to pay for it. Despite the reception's assurance that there would be this surprise, it did not happen.

We do regret this unformtunate experience which is not how we usually handle any request from all our guests.
Did you mention to reception or the concierge what was your budget for the flowers and when and how they should be delivered?
We would have loved to provide all these as a surprise which deserved to be a surprise and so be considered directly with you discreetly.
