We had a wonderful time at your beautiful hotel! The location amazing, rooms were great staff very helpful and nice! This was my second time in Nice and the first time was 25 years ago and I realized it was the same hotel! It was the Best Western back then. What are the chances? We would stay at the West End on our future trips to Nice! Thank you for everything.

Belle situation de l’hôtel selon agréable, mais chambre classique moyenne, odeur, dégoût, très désagréable dans la salle de bain

Hotel is in a great location, views are amazing , we were upgraded to the ambassador suite which was lovely, double aspect terrace.The staff were very friendly.

Great location & view. Breakfast was perfect. We like the restaurant so much we ate there two nights a n a row

Beautiful hotel with an extremely attentive staff. The breakfast offered many delicious choices. We enjoyed working with Maxim both prior to and during our stay.

Excellent location .. staff was polite and helpful. Very clean.. showers we’re too old.. is my only complaint

Very negative,never in my life,and I have travelled all over the world and stayed in the very best hotels,have I payed so much for so little quality

At West End Hotel, we believe in a comfortable stay at a reasonable price but you came for the date of the grand prix of formula one which is one the most important week on the Côte d'azur. We understand that everyone has different travel needs and expectations, which is why we do everything we can to ensure that every guest is satisfied with their experience. Also, we have some other rooms as the deluxe sea view room whitout carpets.

En cas d'annulation en raison d'une grève inopinée des contrôleurs aériens, le moindre sens commercial aurait suggéré soit un avoir soit un geste du simple fait que la chambre n'a nécessité aucun entretien. Dont acte. A déconseiller

Nous avons pris connaissance des deux avis négatifs que vous avez partagé. Le retour de nos clients est d'une importance primordiale pour nous, et c'est avec regret que nous constatons vos commentaires, d'autant plus que les circonstances qui les ont occasionnés sont indépendantes de la qualité de notre service et de l'hôtel West End.
En effet, nous comprenons votre déception concernant l'annulation imprévue due à une grève des contrôleurs aériens. Comme discuté ensemble par téléphone, vous avez choisi un tarif non annulable, non modifiable et non remboursable pour la période du Grand Prix de Monaco, période de l'année où l'occupation est la plus contrainte. Bien que nous proposions une assurance annulation, vous avez choisi de ne pas y souscrire.
En conséquence, nous avons appliqué la facturation conformément aux conditions générales de vente que vous avez acceptées. En ce qui concerne la chambre non utilisée, nous tenons à souligner que nos politiques tarifaires visent à garantir la transparence et l'équité pour tous nos clients. Nous confirmons que la chambre n'a pas été revendue. Afin de vous assister au mieux, nous vous avons fourni une facture, vous permettant de solliciter un remboursement auprès de la compagnie aérienne, selon leur politique.
Nous restons à votre entière disposition pour toute question et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau très prochainement.
