It was a pleasant stay, and breakfast was very good. Staff were very accommodating, however the room itself let the stay down.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I would not stay here again.Hotel is tired and needs significant updating. Most staff are not well trained, particularly housekeeping. I had to make several requests for items that were missing from my room.

Accueil très bon, par contre cuisine vraiment pas bonne et c’est le point faible de votre hôtel.

I came for a Congress at Negresso hotel - so location was perfect
First room 318 was disappointing
Room 612 was great

I love the hotel decoration, the location, the room, next time i’ll book the beach front room for sure. Thank you i had a great stay!
