West End Hotel is a good hotel with excellent location on the Promenade and 5 minutes to Place Massena. It is a traditional type hotel with plenty of nice wood in the public areas but modern bedrooms. There are two areas which should be improved. Breakfast is average. The selection is poor, the area is congested and some hot items are badly cooked. The other area whichis not so important but is irritating when you stay in a hotel. When we return at night if it is after 22.00 the hotel looks closed, no bar, lights off etc. We learned very quickly to call into the Westminster Hotel next door for a nightcap. Why can't we do this inthe West End? All staff members were very efficient and polite. I will stay in the West End Hotel again.
It has been a pleasure to welcome you and we do hope ,you will have one day the opprtunity to visit us back.
The outside terrace of the breakfast area has been reduced in size because of the bad wheather and the summer bar area is now open for a late drink.
Longing to welcoming you back.
Kindest regards
