It was a good experience and we would definitely stay again, although will likely opt for a room in a different location, as the noise of the generator at the rear of the building was disturbing. There was also a power cut on one evening, for which there was little information about.

We loved the location and price. Rooms were quite small and overall hotel needs new furniture and upholstery, everything is very worn and out-dated. But great for the price and service. Beds were very comfortable. The only outlet in the bathroom was in the hair dryer and it didn't fit the plug it was so old.

The windows overlooked the courtyard where the fans were buzzing. It was impossible to sleep. For such a price they could offer a better place. Moreover, a privileged number was indicated in the reservation. Asked but refused to be relocated.

We did not refuse to move you to another. You were even invited to visit the few rooms available and decline to be moved since the room were not meeting your expectations and you deliberatly choose to stay.

We highly recommend this hotel.. We were in Nice for business mixed with vacation. Hotel West End could not have been more perfect for our week long stay. We will be back!
