Easy check in and check out. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good value and plenty of choices - no way you would leave feeling hungry. Location is good but wouldn't like to be further down the Promenade and having to walk into the Old Town. Room size good with floor to ceiling window, although slightly disappointed our room did not match picture on Secret Escapes website offer! Our only negative is that we were on the 2nd floor and one of the nights, sleeping with the windows slightly open, my husband woke to the smell of 'weed' permeating our room and we also had same smell when sitting back in the room early evening on our last night. We did report this to reception and ask to be moved but the only room available was incredibly small and had a small window.
