The Hotel needs capez and should improve guest experience, otherwise the exvellent location is not enough

Except for the not functional climate equipment the rest was fine.

We enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel for our anniversary weekend. The view from the superior partial sea view room of Le Negresco and Baie des Anges was stunning, and exactly what we wanted when we booked. We were looking for recommendations on where to eat on our first night, and the front desk suggestion of Bistro Dalpozzi was good - the food and atmosphere were great! The only negative comment is that the buffet breakfast area was crowded with tables and seemed somewhat chaotic. The food itself was absolutely fine and we had a very nice dinner at Le Siecle.

Soon the brekfast room will be opened to the outside terrace and all our guest will enjoy their breakfast with a mild morning breeze and sunrays.

Good but not great value for the extremely high cost you're paying. Breakfast food needed to be topped up as both days we got there and most of the food had run out with 45-60 minutes before it ended.

Was nice to stay with you but the room (314) needs more hooks in the bathroom and the entrance area and an airconditioning to cool the upper floor - it is too hot to sleep well. Thee cupboard should be finished on the left side, there are obviously still missing the boards inside.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
