I would not stay here again.Hotel is tired and needs significant updating. Most staff are not well trained, particularly housekeeping. I had to make several requests for items that were missing from my room.

Accueil très bon, par contre cuisine vraiment pas bonne et c’est le point faible de votre hôtel.

I came for a Congress at Negresso hotel - so location was perfect
First room 318 was disappointing
Room 612 was great

I love the hotel decoration, the location, the room, next time i’ll book the beach front room for sure. Thank you i had a great stay!

Très bon week-end à l’hôtel, restaurant au top avec un service parfait. bruit le matin par les femmes de ménage empêchant la grasse matinée

Last year I stayed at the mecure promenade and the year before the Marriott. I will stay at either of those next time. Rooms are nicer and breakfast was better

Good location, good service. The bed was not comfortable. The furniture and facilities in the room are old. The breakfast is ok but can be improved.

Dated from 1842 our hotel is an historical hotel and a reminder of the Belle Epoque style. Totaly different from the cold and lifeless modern hotel .
It may be not up to your taste but it is worthwhile a visit.
