Ein rundherum angenehmer Kurzurlaub in Nizza in diesem tollen Zimmer in diesem wunderbaren Hotel.

Lediglich ein funktionierender Aufzug zum 6. Stock (der 2. war gesperrt) verursachte manchmal lange Wartezeiten. Da ich eingeschränkt beweglich war konnte ich nicht so viele Treppenstufen laufen.

The bed was two single mattresses pushed together so i kept on ending up between them and waking up. better beds needed

All our beds are fitting all the best comfort requirements for hotels.
The bedding can be made either with two separate beds or joined as a double and with no possible gap between the mattresses .
We do regret your unconfort and remind that a room change is always possible if a comfort issue occurs.

Beautiful experience, I'll recommend it to all friends and relatives and I want to stay in the same hotel next visit to nice. The reception is excellent the staff is very helpful, certainly the young man by the reception he speak excellent English which was very helpful to us. He advice us to visit Monaco what a brilliant idea, my son love it. Excellent for shopping. Breakfast not enough variety for vegetarian we did find it boring. But we did had a good experience in West End hotel.

L’hôtel est vieillissant et le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*

Notre hôtel a été construit en 1842, un fastueuse époque dont l'élégance a marqué tout une époque.
Nous conservons son charme si singulier qui témoigne de la grandeur de la Belle Epoque et marquons donc bien la différence avec des établissements dont la rénovation contemporaine les a quelque peu effacés. Bien à vous.

it's my second experience in this hotel, the location is wonderful, but the hotel is very old, i would change the carpet , furniture and curtains. The breakfast should be done in one of those inside rooms because actually the space is small and narrow, it doesn't represent the majesty of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay and the view was great. The room had several faults which staff were not responsive about. The air conditioning didn’t work and staff told us to open our windows. Considering the road is very busy this was not helpful.
The bathroom was a problem as the shower leaked and wet the floor. The hairdryer should be condemned it was not safe to use. No iron available to use in the rooms was very poor. I didn’t want to carry my clothes down the lift from 4th floor to the basement. There was only 1 lift in use . I have stayed in lots of hotels in France so I know what good service should be like.
