Very good hotel with an excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend. It is very old building steeped in tradition with lovely antiques in the corridors, very wide staircases and high ceilings. Worth going in for a coffee even if you aren't staying there.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel West End. Hotel has nice relaxed atmosphere with pleasant lounge area and intimate bar. Breakfast is taken in a conservatory area at front of the hotel with an outside terrace seating area as well. Good self service selection and staff keep items well stocked. We did not eat in the restaurant but definitely will on our next visit. All staff very helpful and friendly.

I was sad to leave Nice, and one of the important reasons was my stay at your hotel. I appreciated very much the atmosphere of the belle epoque, combined with the modern equipment, a very happy combination. You didn't spoil it, like they do so much nowadays giving it a design look.

Pros: Good service, good location, deluxe sea view room had superb views, bus stops very near the hotel.
Cons: Poor soundproofing (you can hear the waves hitting the beach and all traffic on the street, also you can hear your neighbours moving the furniture). Breakfast buffet could be more versatile (it's not bad but not good either).
Other: The mattress on the bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

Très bonne expérience, agréablement surpris par le personnel, disponible discret et efficace, situation géographique au top, petit déjeuner très bon varié et copieux.
