It was a bery nice trip and the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast fast sufficient but we had to wait for cups of coffee because the personal hasn‘t enough. A pitty for a 4star hotel

Overall a positive experience, however when I checked out, I informed the concierge that I had one bottle of still water (6 Euro). I paid him cash, checked out and left. I noticed a couple of days later (after leaving Nice) that I was then charged 6 Euro by the hotel (assuming after the cleaners have checked the room). It's not the 6 Euro that is the issue, but obviously the concierge did not note this down on my file that I had paid...he either simply forgot, or kept the 6 Euro for himself.

Aircon was weak and we have to overnight at another room during our 1st night stay. Thought we would get to stay in that overnight room to save us the hassle of moving to and fro but wasn’t being offered. Back to our own room yet the aircon was not fixed as said. Cleaning up the room can be better improved to be much faster as it was still not done after we left the room as early as 10am and back around 4pm.
