good but wouldn't recommend as I think for a little more money there are better options.

Wir haben leider die erste Nacht ein Zimmer erhalten, welche man keinem Gast geben darf als 4-Sterne-Hotel. Dunkel, kleine Zimmer, Abstellkammer Feeling, kleines WC/Bad für 3 Personen und die schlimmste Aussicht die ich bis jetzt in einem Hotel hatte; Wand vor dem Fenster. Auch das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden da es durch die Maschinen, welche unterhalb des Zimmers standen, so laut war. Schade, denn wir haben etwas anderes auf den Bilder gesehen und natürlich gebucht. Gleich nach der Ankunft und dem Bezug des Zimmers sind wir um ca. 23:30 Uhr an die Rezeption. Die Rezeptionistin wusste genau um was es geht, als wir die Zimmernummer gesagt haben und bat uns am nächsten Morgen noch einmal vorbei zukommen damit Sie uns ein neues Zimmer geben können. Am nächsten Morgen gingen wir wieder zur Rezeption. Es waren sehr freundliche Angestellte, welche uns gerne geholfen haben. Auch Sie wussten genau um welches Zimmer das es geht und versprachen uns, das wir das nächste Zimmer so mögen werden! Am Nachmittag durften wir unser neues Zimmer beziehen: Wirklich zwei unterschiedliche Welten; Hell, grosses Badezimmer, separates WC, Doppelstock. Die Aussicht war wieder fast die gleiche, nur einen Stock höher...Aber ja wir waren glücklich, dass wir nun endlich das Zimmer erhalten haben, welches wir auch von der Innenausstattung gebucht haben. Das Frühstück war gut. Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut.

Very disappointed with housekeeping, we have never stayed at a hotel where they do not change your sheets etc of the bed. The pillows were also of terrible quality. Never replaced the tea and coffee facilities or the water in the mini fridge. Certainly will not recommend this hotel.

Showed up to the hotel after a long day and found that my double bed was two singles pushed together, i went down to the front desk to ask if that is normally what a double bed is considered as because thats not what I am used to seeing. The front desk said that was standard for a double which I was ok with. I asked if there was any way for me to upgrade to a larger bed and without even looking in the system was told no. 2 hours later I get a text from a friend saying they got an upgrade to a better room with a picture of their view. I was clearly lied to which I do not appreciate at all. I should have stayed at a different hotel.

Most of our beds can be joined as a single mattress with optimal comfort. Should you prefer to get a room with a one double mattress we do propose one according to ou availabilities. So far, an upgrade does not neccessarily mean a bedding made up to your expectations ; you could have been upgraded in a room with two separated beds joined together. The purposes of your comment is the bedding or the upgrade ?
What is the purposes of upgrading you in a room where the main issue remains the same ?
