SCHADE DAS Lavabo gerissen war, allgemein wäre eine feine Restaurierung fällig. Auch kommt im Internet nicht rüber, dass das von mir gewählte Zimmer so klein ist.

For about a dozen years I have been coming once or twice a year to the hotel. This year i had to cancel my trip and the hotel was prompt and I did not have any fees.

J'aime bien cet hôtel.
J'y retourne volontiers.
À la réception dans l'ensemble ils sont réactifs. La jeune femme japonaise gentille mais ne comprend pas le français. Elle me demandait de laisser une caution de 30 euros pour le mini bar alors qu'il était vide. Elle m'avait donné trente minutes avant un tarif précis pour la chambre et en arrivant elle m'annonce 50 euros de plus mais j'ai réussi à lui faire comprendre que ce n'était pas ce qu'elle m'avait dit au téléphone. Elle était gênée et moi j'étais gênée pour elle car avait compris sa maladresse. Elle m'avait fait de la peine car gentille femme malgré tout.

After staying next door in the Westminster hotel , which was very disappointing.found The west end hotel beautiful. Staff were helpful , rooms were lovely . A very relaxing Hôtel

Good location. I would like to have more vegetables on breakfast. Airconditioning was preset too warm (min. 22 C).

Regarding the air conditioning, we have adjusted the temperature to 22°C to comply with our "green key" commitment, which takes into account the ecological impact, and we are working throughout the hotel to reduce and limit our ecological impact.

We specifically asked for a room with a double bed. You provided a single bed. You subsequently changed rooms but we were tasked with moving our luggage. Having said that, the front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful
